Thank you for shopping with Liquory4ce. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for orders placed through our website.
 

1. Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all seals intact.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Products that have been opened or partially consumed cannot be returned unless the product is faulty or damaged.
 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened alcohol bottles

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
 

3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

When reporting an issue, include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

After reviewing the issue, we may:

  • Send a replacement product, or

  • Issue a refund
     

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will send return instructions.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
 

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
 

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible).

  2. Place a new order for the replacement product.
     

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the return process outlined above.
 

8. Age Verification

Liquory4ce sells alcoholic beverages, and purchases are restricted to individuals 18 years or older (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction).

Orders may be refused or cancelled if age verification cannot be completed upon delivery.
